you COULD go to Spin - AND/OR…

kiss.jpgSpin might burn a few calories… (YOU KNOW YOU LOVE IT) but there are other ways to get healthy for the beach season and burn off the Starbucks:

  • have a romantic night in with your partner (*top of the list*)
  • do LOTS of kissing (*top of the list*)
  • drink a glass of COLD water pre working out
  • fidget
  • watch a funny show and laugh till your stomach hurts
  • clean your house
  • sing really loud (and dance!) in your kitchen
  • jump on the bed (& then KISSĀ  MORE)
  • get off the computer and into the real world
  • get a good night’s sleep
