Spin might burn a few calories… (YOU KNOW YOU LOVE IT) but there are other ways to get healthy for the beach season and burn off the Starbucks:
- have a romantic night in with your partner (*top of the list*)
- do LOTS of kissing (*top of the list*)
- drink a glass of COLD water pre working out
- fidget
- watch a funny show and laugh till your stomach hurts
- clean your house
- sing really loud (and dance!) in your kitchen
- jump on the bed (& then KISSĀ MORE)
- get off the computer and into the real world
- get a good night’s sleep
