So.  From my blogs & stuff, you might my obsession with MAC lipsticks.  And you might know that my ABSOLUTE FAVE is the limited edition Raquel Welsh lipstick called Tiger Tiger.  And it’s empty.  I’ve checked Vegas & Kelowna MAC stores for more.  The gorgeous people there just flutter their perfect false lashes and say “sorry”.  They obviously don’t understand my pain.  Anyhow, it’s my newest mission to get ahold of more of that color.  Impossible?  Maybe.  However, I’ve never been much a believer in impossibilities and I probably couldn’t rest if I didn’t at least TRY.  So.  The following is my first draft MAC letter.  More to follow as I rationalize and revise…

Dear MAC Lipstick Guru, Divine Lip Goddess of the Universe, Entity I Bow To:

My name is Deanna Kent-McDonald and I am an obsessed MAC lipstick fan.  All of your products rock, but the lipstick really does it for me.  Perhaps it’s because of my giant lips.  It’s always been a…. well, nevermind.

ANYHOO, I need some more luscious lip covering and have been told that the kind I am MOST in love with has been discontinued.  It’s called “Tiger Tiger”.  I can’t explain how this BREAKS MY HEART.  I’ve spent hundreds of extra dollars cleaning my linens for the tears I’ve cried.  Not only is the color and texture PERFECTION, but the tiger print on the phallic shapedlipstick holder really adds to the whole package.  In fact, even though I’ve scraped the last of the perfect lipstick out of the bottom, I still carry it around in my purse.  And that’s not because of the shape ofthe perfect tube.  It’s just that lovely of a color and formulae. 

If you could check around your MAC lab for my MAC-ed out fab lipstick and let me know if there are ANY more, I would be eternally grateful.  I could make you all kinds of promises for my next offspring, but I won’t be having any more and I hate to be insincere.  So you’d have to settle for a money order and my eternal thanks. Also, if you like, I could certainly stand outside your office door and recite poetry for you for a while to demonstrate the depth of my emotion…  In fact, since the name of what I need is Tiger Tiger, Blake might be just the ticket:
